Underwood Hills Early Learning Center Vestibule Addition & Remodel

Early childhood learning and care are now supported by an improved environment at Underwood Hills Early Learning Center, where 7er Construction completed a series of interior and exterior upgrades. On the exterior, improvements included painting of soffits and fascia, selective window demolition and replacement, a refreshed vestibule with new paint and the installation of new sidewalks to improve both accessibility and curb appeal. Inside, the renovation featured selective demolition, installation of new drywall, updated countertops, a custom-built desk, new carpet and fresh paint throughout. At the building’s entrance, framing and rough-in work was completed, followed by the installation of new doors, carpet and paint to welcome young learners.
