Jason Sevener

President & Chief Executive Officer

Originally from Random Lake, Wisconsin, Jason is the president and Chief Executive Officer of 7er Construction. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Milwaukee School of Engineering. Known for his collaborative leadership style, Jason is dependable, detail-oriented, and deeply invested in his team and the work they deliver. After hours you can find him cheering on the Green Bay Packers, exploring the outdoors with his family, and attending his kid's sports and school activities. He and his wife, Jessie, have twin boys who keep them on their toes.

Shane Carl

Senior Project Manager

Shane is a Senior Project Manager with over 25 years of experience in the construction industry. He enjoys leading a wide range of projects so that no two days are the same. With an attention to detail, Shane takes pride in the small things that make a big impact on projects. Outside of work, he is on the go keeping up with his four kids' many activities!

Carl Fourie

Senior Project Manager

Originally from South Africa, Carl came to the United States and earned his Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri. He's worked on projects across the country ranging from $50,000 to $1 billion, bringing tons of perspective to every job and a sense of humor that keeps everyone laughing. When he's not working, Carl and his wife, Missy, are busy taking their two sons to their many sporting activities!

Patrick Kaipust

Superintendent

Patrick is a Superintendent at 7er Construction. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. His strengths lie in staying organized, communicating clearly with project teams, and anticipating the needs of both clients and subcontractors to keep jobs running smoothly. After hours you'll find him golfing, traveling, and hanging out with his wife, Lauren, and their daughter.

Eric Love

Superintendent

Eric is a Superintendent known for his expertise in healthcare environments. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering Technology from Pittsburg State University. Eric leads many of our projects on active healthcare campuses, where he's passionate about keeping occupants safe and the project teams aligned throughout every phase. Outside of work, he and his wife, Gretchen, stay busy keeping up with their three kids' activities. He also coaches his son's football team and is a football fanatic himself.

Bob Morton

Superintendent

Bob is a Superintendent with extensive experience in ground-up healthcare construction, including clinics and other medical facilities. His hands-on approach, dependability, and strong work ethic help keep projects moving safely and on schedule. Outside of work, Bob enjoys riding dirt bikes and motorcycles, snowboarding, and spending time with his wife, Ashley, and their three kids.

Grant Whitmore

Assistant Superintendent

Grant is an Assistant Superintendent with strong experience in data centers and tenant improvement projects. His strong work ethic and driven approach help keep projects moving forward. Outside of work, Grant stays busy working on home renovations and spending time with his wife, Sam, and their son.

Alec Carberry

Senior Preconstruction Manager

Alec is a Senior Preconstruction Manager who oversees our preconstruction efforts, making sure clients receive competitive, well-vetted cost estimates. He earned his Associate of Science in Construction Management from Metropolitan Community College. When he's not working, he's racing his sprint car, in the gym, or spending time with his fiancee, Bree.

Justin Dvorak

Senior Project Engineer

Justin is a Senior Project Engineer who quickly picks things up and helps manage a wide range of projects with ease. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. He works across multiple markets, bringing a steady approach to each project. When Justin is not at work, he's often remodeling his house, hitting the gym, or spending time with his fiancee, Piper.

Tori De Jesus

Project Engineer

Tori is a Project Engineer who brings an eager, ready-to-learn mindset and isn't afraid to take on a challenge. She is currently pursuing a degree in Construction Management at Metropolitan Community College. After hours, Tori stays busy keeping up with her son's activities and serving on executive boards in her community.

Jace Sanders

Project Engineer Intern

Jace is a Project Engineer Intern currently pursuing his degree in Construction Management at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. He is gaining hands-on experience assisting with subcontractor coordination, project documentation, and scheduling. After school and work, Jace can be found in the gym or out on the golf course.

Danielle Lund

Office Manager

Danielle is an Office Manager who is reliable, proactive, and always ready to take on whatever is needed, whether it be document control, HR coordination, or project administration. Her drive to improve processes and support the team shows up in her day-to-day work. Outside of work, Danielle enjoys gardening, camping, or spending time with her husband, Will, and their three boys.

Cheri Sanny

Controller

Cheri is a Controller who takes initiative, tackling every challenge with confidence. She earned her bachelor's degree in accounting from Buena Vista University and works to oversee the financials for accurate reporting and accounting compliance. When she’s not working, she can be found hanging with her husband, Gene, and two daughters, volunteering with bible education work, or reading a good book.
