Construction Management
Construction Management, more specifically Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR), is a delivery method where our team is brought in early to help guide the project. We work alongside the owner and architect during design, providing input on cost, schedule, and constructability. We also commit to a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) before construction begins. From there, we manage the build while taking responsibility for staying within the GMP, resulting in a more collaborative process with fewer surprises.

General Contracting
General contracting is the most traditional way to deliver a construction project. You hire our team to build it, and we take responsibility for the outcome. We manage subcontractors, coordinate trades, oversee the job site and keep the project on budget and on schedule. You have one point of contact, and our team is accountable for delivering the final project.

Design-Build
Design-build is a delivery method where one team handles both the design and construction of a project. Instead of hiring a designer and a contractor separately, you work with a single team that coordinates everything from concept to completion. This approach creates a more streamlined process, helping align scope, budget and schedule early while reducing back-and-forth between teams.

Small Project Division
This division is focused on the work that isn’t a full build but still needs to be done right. This includes tenant improvements, repairs, minor renovations, and ongoing facility upgrades. The goal is to stay flexible and provide the same level of quality, communication, and accountability as large projects, just on a scale that’s better suited for your day-to-day needs.

Owner's Representation
Owner’s representation is a service where we act on your behalf to help guide the project from start to finish. Instead of managing everything yourself, you have an individual representing you to coordinate with designers and contractors, track budget and schedule, and keep decisions aligned with your goals. We protect your interests, keep the project moving, and make sure it runs the way it should.
