A project isn’t done the day we finish building it. We stay involved to make sure everything works the way it should and that your team feels confident moving forward.

Project Closeout
We make sure nothing gets missed as the project comes to completion. That includes final inspections, punch list completion, and delivering all closeout documentation so everything is wrapped up and ready for you.

Training & Turnover
Before we hand the project over, we walk your team through the space and systems. We provide hands-on training for your facility to know how everything works and feel comfortable maintaining it after turnover.

11-Month Warranty Support
We stay available after turnover for the first year to address problems and ensure any issues that arise. Around the 11-month mark, we will walk the project with you again and take care of anything covered under warranty.
