When Omaha Face & Body set out to expand its services, the goal was clear: transform its clinic into a fully equipped plastic surgery suite without compromising quality or design. 7er Construction delivered a $2 million renovation that brought that vision to life. The project introduced state-of-the-art operating rooms, a sterile processing area, a Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU), exam rooms, offices and refreshed clinic space, each designed with patient safety and comfort at the forefront. Careful budgeting was critical, and our team worked closely with the owner to stay within defined parameters while achieving a high-end, medically compliant facility. Our self-perform capabilities included finish carpentry for the decorative ceiling feature in the lobby, tying the space together with craftsmanship and intention.
