When the hospital’s Sterile Processing Department needed to handle upgraded equipment and increased capacity, 7er Construction stepped into expand the space. The $1.1 million renovation created room for new processing equipment, installing a cart wash and adding dedicated mechanical room to support steam sterilizers. Working in an active facility required meticulous planning. Our team coordinated each phase to minimize disruptions, ensuring sterile processing operations continued without interruption. In partnership with Holland Basham Architects, we delivered a critical upgrade that strengthens the hospital’s ability to provide care for every patient.
