MCHHS Lab Relocation and Sterile Processing Department Renovation
Blair, Nebraska
Expanding Capacity for High-Quality Care in Blair
When Memorial Community Hospital and Health System needed to expand its capabilities, 7er Construction delivered a fast-tracked, two-phased renovation covering 3,500 square feet. The $1.6 million project expanded the Sterile Processing Department and transformed a shelled space into a fully functional laboratory.
The upgraded Sterile Processing Department now provides a larger, more efficient environment for equipment sterilization to support the hospital’s growing needs. The new laboratory space was outfitted with advanced equipment and improved workflow, giving the team the tools to work more efficiently.
Completed the project in an active healthcare setting required meticulous coordination and careful sequencing to keep essential services running.
In partnership with Altus Architectural Studios and Specialized Engineering Solutions, we brought these upgrades to life so the hospital can continue providing high-quality care to the community.
