MD West ONE – Physical Therapy and Procedure Space Build-Out

A $1 million build-out turned 6,000 square feet of shelled and existing space into MD West ONE’s inclusive physical therapy and procedure suites. Our team created a holistic space where patients receive both treatment and healing care. The physical therapy suite features a spacious therapy gym, three private exam rooms, and office space. The adjacent procedure suite includes three procedure rooms, a patient restroom, five recovery bays, and dedicated nurse workstations to support seamless patient care and staff efficiency. 7er Construction’s carpentry team stepped up to self-perform the scopes of casework installation, doors and hardware, specialties, and containment procedures.These procedures allowed our project team to meet a tight schedule deadline while minimizing disruptions to ongoing clinical operations. In partnership with Emergent Architecture and R&R Realty, 7er Construction delivered an integrated healing and treatment environment built to healthcare standards and designed for the needs of both patients and providers.
