More than just a place to eat, the dining room at Immanuel Village is a daily hub for connection and community.
When it was time to refresh the space, 7er Construction delivered a renovation that transformed its layout and finishes to enhance both comfort and functionality for residents and staff.
The project began with demolition and selective wall removal to improve air flow, including trenching for new mechanical and electrical rough-ins in the adjacent conference room. New walls were framed and finished, and a fresh coat of paint created a cohesive look throughout.
Our foreman Sean put his master carpenter skills on display with intricate trim work, crown Moulding and custom shadow boxes. He led a design-build effort by repurposing existing doors, modifying and reinstalling them as a custom window wall infill. This self-perform craftsmanship brought unique character and efficiency to the project.
Other updates included new ceilings, HVAC diffusers and devices, all new LED can lights with custom pendants and new millwork paired with quartz countertops. A new tile backsplash, plumbing fixtures and contemporary hardware brought the serving station up to date. Fresh paint, new carpet and tile flooring, as well as curated artwork completed the room.
The dining room has been transformed into a gathering place ready to support daily connections for years to come through craftsmanship, design and modern amenities.
