A Multi-Phase Renovation to Keep Care Moving Forward
Immanuel’s Medical Building 3 needed an environment that could better serve patients, staff and visitors across three levels of active office and clinic space. 7er Construction delivered a $763,815, multi-phase renovation that transformed the space while keeping operations fully functional.
The project created new offices, four classrooms, two reception and waiting areas and an expanded staff break room. Men’s and women’s restrooms on each floor were fully renovated.
Working in an active healthcare setting required meticulous planning. Our team implemented strategic phasing, rigorous safety and infection-control measures and continual communication to minimize disruption.
We modernized this facility to create a functional space that supports Immanuel’s mission of care.
