ilumin Eye Care Center Remodel

When ilumin’s Lakeside Clinic needed to bring renewed focus to a space designed for specialized vision care, 7er Construction delivered a 2,600-square-foot, fast-tracked renovation that kept patient services running throughout the process. Working in carefully planned phases, our team reconfigured office areas, constructed a dedicated billing space and built two specialized eye lane rooms for patient exams and treatment. Four additional exam rooms, a nurse workstation and updated staff offices were also added. To support long-term functionality, we replaced the clinic’s electrical, lighting, and HVAC systems, upgraded plumbing fixtures and installed modern finishes throughout. Details such as new doors and hardware, casework, wood trim, countertops and wall protection strips were executed with precision. A unique touch was the salvage and reinstallation of three custom-built desks from ilumin’s former Regency location, blending familiarity with the updated environment. With our close coordination and in partnership with architects and engineers, we successfully brought the clinic’s vision to life.
