General Fire & Safety envisioned a shop space that served their team in new ways. 7er Construction delivered, reconfiguring restrooms and creating space for a custom indoor golf simulator.
The project involve relocating and resizing two bathrooms, including demolition of the original plumbing, framing, drywall, electrical and access panels. Our team reworked the floor plan to open up the simulator area, then built new walls and ceilings to support the updated layout. Bathroom lighting and ventilation were relocated, and a finished ceiling was added.
The result is a shop that blends practicality with fun, supporting the team’s workday and downtime needs.
