Boys Town Campus Continuous Projects

No two projects at Boys Town look quite the same. 7er Construction has completed work throughout the Omaha campus, with projects ranging from a three-phase locker room remodel to renovations within residential, educational, and administrative spaces. Each project comes with its own scope and schedule needs, requiring our team to adapt while keeping the campus active.
Fieldhouse Locker Room Remodel
We completed a three-phase renovation across multiple locker rooms, including 504 new lockers, refinished benches with new tops, floor preparation and infill work, painting, and ceiling and wall updates.
Residential Ceiling Renovations
Our team completed selective demolition and installed new ceilings across three residential suite bedrooms, a main entry foyer, and mother’s room.
Wegner School MDF Wall Installation
We installed floor-to-ceiling MDF paneling over existing drywall in the school’s front lobby and entrance. Work was coordinated and completed during normal hours within an active facility.
Headquarters IT Space Renovations
7er completed an interior remodel including new walls, ceilings, flooring and finishes, along with power, lighting, 31 data drops, HVAC modifications and fire alarm updates. The project also included a new door and frame, furniture relocation, containment and debris removal. All work was completed within an active facility during normal working hours.
