Immanuel Communities Continuous Renovation Program

7er Construction provides ongoing interior renovation services for Immanuel across its Arboretum, Lakeside, Pacific Springs, Papillion and Village communities, completing upgrades to over 100 senior residences within active, occupied buildings. Individual renovation areas range from approximately 783 to 1,452 square feet, with scopes tailored to each space.

General scope includes full kitchen and bathroom renovations, new cabinetry and countertops, flooring and carpet replacement, updated plumbing and lighting fixtures, new paint, door hardware, and new appliance installation.

Because work takes place within active buildings, each renovation requires careful planning, scheduling, and coordination to maintain occupant safety and comfort while completing surrounding construction.
