For patients coming in for hearing loss, tinnitus, or audiology testing, the quality of the space is part of the quality of the care. 7er Construction delivered a $558,000 renovation of CHI Health’s ENT Suite 200, complete with three audiology booths.
The project began with selective demolition, followed by framing and installation of door frames to support a configurated layout. The renovation included the buildout of new nurse stations, a conference room, employee locker area, staff breakroom, clean/medication space, and an IT closet – creating a fully functional environment for both clinical and support staff. Plumbing and electrical rough-ins were completed alongside coordinated overhead MEP work to accommodate the new audiology booth equipment and updated building systems.
From there, our team installed drywall, completed painting, and delivered interior finishes including casework and solid surface countertops. Additional scope included plumbing fixtures, new flooring, doors and hardware throughout the suite.
Through proactive coordination and consistent communication, 7er Construction completed this project two weeks ahead of schedule and on budget.
From first diagnoses to complex procedures, this space supports the full scope of ENT care – delivered with the precision that 7er Construction brings to every healthcare project.
