We followed through on our promises with clear communication and transparency from preconstruction through closeout. Dependability means keeping projects moving, no matter the size. When challenges arose, we owned them, offered solutions, and treated every project with the care it deserved.

Growing Together: No One Builds Alone
This year wasn’t just about what we built, it was about who we built it with and how we showed up to support one another.
We welcomed four new team members who bring unique skills and energy: Eric Love (Project Superintendent), Carl Fourie (Senior Project Manager), Alec Carberry (Senior Estimator) and Tori de Jesus (Project Engineer). We also partnered with Chandra Spangler of Bright Meadows Marketing, LLC to tell our authentic story. These additions have strengthened our crew and expanded what we can deliver.
We celebrated the promotion of Justin Dvorak from Project Engineer to Senior Project Engineer and the transition of Ryan Slavicek from apprentice to journeyman, a testament to our commitment to growing our people and strengthening every partner involved in the work. Our internal mentorship program continued to grow alongside our 7er Strong wellness initiative, because we’ve got each other’s backs both on and off the jobsite.
Taking time to come together off the jobsite is where authentic and supportive teams are built. From spring and fall team BBQs to summer golf outings, our family day at Vala’s Pumpkin Patch & Apple Orchard, and our holiday team outing at Joe’s Karting, each gathering reminded us what we’re really building: trust, connection and a team that shows up for each other.
Strengthening the Community Around Us
Our purpose is to build lasting trust through every project, big or small. That trust extends beyond our jobsites to the Greater Omaha community where we live, work, learn, heal and play.
We extend a huge thank you to our trusted clients, subcontractors, and design teams who share our belief that great projects start with great relationships. We share the credit because every successful build is a team effort. No one builds alone.
This year, we gave back through sponsorships and events with local impact, from golf tournaments benefitting youth programs and healthcare initiatives to causes that strengthen our neighborhoods. For us, giving back is an extension of our work. Each project we complete helps our partners serve their communities better.

2026 will be a year of continued growth and even stronger community partnerships. Our project pipeline is strong, our team is driven, and we’re ready to keep showing up prepared to deliver construction where every detail is managed with care.
